Governor Doskozil returns to Burgenland

Burgenland's Governor Hans Peter Doskozil (SPÖ) is still on the road to recovery after his seventh laryngectomy. He announced yesterday via a Facebook post that he was already on his way home. 

As reported, Doskozil had to undergo another corrective operation following a routine check-up at Leipzig Hospital. He has now been able to make his way home. He posted a picture of a coffee break on the car journey back to Burgenland.

"I will still be working from home for the next few days, but next week I already have appointments in my office in Eisenstadt," reported the governor. He is looking forward to being back in Burgenland. At the same time, Doskozil thanked everyone for their wishes for his recovery, which had also given him a great deal of strength this time.
