Rapid is trembling – and now imposing muzzles!

The explosive nature of the "final" for the Bundesliga Champions Group is already reflected in ticket sales in Klagenfurt. And Rapid's penalties have now been reduced!

Almost 6500 tickets are already gone. Advance sales for the all-important last basic round match for the championship group are going well at Austria Klagenfurt. When the "Violets" welcome Rapid on Sunday (5pm), the explosive nature of this "grand finale" is particularly high.

The Hütteldorfer's nerves are obviously on edge! Interview requests are turned down, "muzzles" are imposed. "The boys should concentrate on the game," said the ever-committed press spokesman Peter Klinglmüller.

He looked to the protest committee today: where the suspensions imposed on Burgstaller, Grüll, Max Hofmann, Hedl and Schick were dealt with after the appeal! Here is the result: 

Carinthian police are ready
The Carinthian police remain vigilant ahead of the match, but do not currently expect any actions against the Bundesliga team from the Rapid "Ultras". "Well over 100 officers are on site. We are in constant contact with the officers familiar with the scene and can increase our numbers at any time," explained police spokesman Mario Nemetz.

Interesting fact: At 12:30 and 14:30, the preliminary matches will take place on the artificial turf in front of the EM Arena - Klagenfurt's Carinthian League girls will meet the newly founded Rapid girls for the first time in two tests.
