Sylvie Meis enchants at “Hercules” rehearsals

Wearing a dress with golden details, crowned and adorned with sparkling gold jewelry, Sylvie Meis (45) appeared at rehearsals for the new musical "Hercules" at the Stage Theater Neue Flora in Hamburg-and resembled a goddess from Olympus.

The presenter, herself an enthusiastic lover of musicals, slipped into the world of the gods and heroes for a brief moment and visibly enjoyed the transformation. "It really is a dream come true for me!" she enthused.

With shining eyes, Sylvie followed the rehearsals, took a look behind the scenes and chatted with the actors and make-up artists. Her fascination with the world of musicals was clear to see.

Does this experience awaken in her the desire to be on stage herself? "If I could sing, then yes," she revealed in an interview with RTL. "But since I can't do that, I wouldn't be an asset to the cast. I'm an absolute fashionista. The fact that I get to slip into a divine gown myself is a wonderful experience for me."

Nevertheless, Sylvie will of course not miss the premiere on March 24 - but then again in her usual elegant evening gown. It will be interesting to see whether the goddess in her awakens again that evening.
