Ladder slipped away, 42-year-old seriously injured

A "classic" accident, but unfortunately this happens again and again: Because a ladder slipped away, a 42-year-old man was seriously injured at a company in Kramsach, Tyrol.

On Tuesday, a 42-year-old Austrian employee of a construction company was loading and stacking containers. The man was standing on an extension ladder, which was placed on a concrete slab with feet.

Colleague quickly called for help
For unknown reasons, the ladder slipped and the 42-year-old fell about five meters to the ground, the ground was made of soil.

Another employee in the vicinity set the rescue chain in motion. The local man was taken to Innsbruck Hospital with serious injuries.
