Gandler/Komatz eighth in the Single Mixed in Oslo
Both Anna Gandler and David Komatz in the single mixed and the mixed ÖSV relay team finished 8th at the Biathlon World Cup in Oslo!
Gandler suffered a penalty right at the start on Sunday, which put a top result out of reach early on. Norway's Juni Arnekleiv/Vetle Sjaastad Christiansen secured victory ahead of Sweden in a razor-thin decision. Finland surprisingly took third place.
Lea Rothschopf and veteran Simon Eder without a chance
Austria had no chance in the mixed four-man relay, not least because of two penalties each for relay debutant Lea Rothschopf and veteran Simon Eder. The superior winning quartet from France was more than four minutes behind.
With Soldier Hollow and Canmore, there are still two overseas stops on the program before the end of the season.
