Threatened by ex-girlfriend: Man (28) hidden in the toilet

A man in Vienna-Favoriten had to call the police on Monday: The 28-year-old is said to have been threatened with being killed by his ex-girlfriend (22) together with her stepbrother (26) and stepfather (45). The trio even forced their way into the victim's apartment. 

The Vienna police received the emergency call at around 11 pm. In the meantime, the victim had already hidden in the toilet of the apartment and was waiting there for the emergency services to arrive. A short time later, the "ex" and her stepbrother and stepfather were apprehended and arrested by the police. 

Interrogation of the family still pending
The suspected perpetrators were banned from entering the premises and from approaching each other as well as temporarily banned from using weapons. The three have not yet been questioned, the police announced on Tuesday: "They are being held by the police."
