Parents attacked with a knife: 15-year-old in custody

A 15-year-old boy attacked his own parents with a knife on Thursday in the Viennese district of Simmering. All three people involved were injured. The teenager was taken to a prison.

Why the 15-year-old went so berserk is still under investigation. In any case, he pulled out a knife and threatened to kill his parents. 

All three were injured in the course of a scuffle. The police arrested the boy without resistance. He refused to make a statement and was subsequently taken to a prison. 

The 15-year-old was banned from entering and approaching the premises and a temporary weapons ban was issued.
