After the "Krone" report
Two victims of sexual harassment come forward
They are not out for revenge, but for justice: for more than a year now, a total of 15 women, all of whom were alleged victims of a 43-year-old man from Tyrol in various ways, have been working together to put a stop to his activities. Following our "Krone"report, two new alleged victims came forward.
"I actually wanted to train with him as a dance school assistant. Because he only took my money but didn't offer any training, I started researching and found out that I wasn't his only victim, but that he had cheated on many women in this way," reports a Tyrolean woman who had been investigating on her own since the summer of 2022. In the winter of 2022, she was able to file the first complaint - and thus get the whole case rolling.
In custody in Wels
The accused is now in custody in Wels. He is accused of the double rape of two women - a 48-year-old from the Upper Austrian lake district and a 26-year-old from the Tyrolean district of Imst.
On March 11, the 43-year-old, who has a criminal record, will also have to answer for sexual harassment at the Silz district court in Tyrol.
Two other alleged victims come forward
After our "Krone" report, a man whose partner also claims to have been sexually harassed by the 43-year-old and another woman with the same nasty experience came forward to the private "detectives".
Silence out of fear
"The victims were simply afraid of him and therefore didn't dare go to the police. Also because he kept threatening them. Now that they know he's in jail, things look different," says the courageous Tyrolean woman who was the first to go on the offensive.
