The knee! Big worry for Liverpool star

Not good news for Liverpool fans. "Reds star Trent Alexander-Arnold had to leave the pitch injured in the Champions League round of 16 second leg.

The 26-year-old twisted his knee after an unfortunate tackle. Alexander-Arnold remained lying on the sideline with a contorted face and had to be treated for several minutes. He was ultimately unable to continue after the treatment break and was replaced by young central defender Jarrell Quansah.

Cup final on Sunday
An injury would mean, among other things, that the defender would miss the Carabao Cup final next Sunday. There, the Reds will face Newcastle United at Wembley Stadium.
