Ski pole fencing after a crash on the piste

A bizarre argument broke out on Saturday in the Vorarlberg ski resort of Ifen in Hirschegg. A woman and a man collided - but instead of apologizing, they preferred to insult each other. The incident escalated.  

On Saturday morning, a 58-year-old woman and a 40-year-old man collided on the piste in the Ifen ski area in Hirschegg. It was a minor incident, as neither of them was injured in the collision.

However, their tempers must have suffered quite a bit, because after the crash the two began to hurl insults and abuse at each other. The argument finally turned violent when the woman hit the man on the hip with one of her ski poles. The man then lashed out and hit the woman in the face with one of his own ski poles. The emergency crews put an end to the incident and both hooligans suffered injuries of indeterminate severity.
