Most people are probably positive about the new year. At the Rosewood Schlosshotel Fuschl, people are once again trembling about the future. This is due to the high staff turnover. The international hotel chain is unable to retain staff in the long term.

Not even at the top level. The current interim director, Martina Lebensorger, is already on the move again after just three months. "Ms. Lebensorger would like to make a career change at her own request," is the official explanation. There is still no new director. The huge luxury hotel is therefore de facto without a manager.

As a result, important decisions currently have to be put on the back burner, as the "Krone" has learned. This includes major financial expenditure, such as new purchases or necessary repairs. For a hotel that promises its guests the ultimate in luxury during their stay, this is a real disaster. The confusion does not go unnoticed by guests. "Disappointment across the board", reads one review on the internet.
