Mark Wahlberg had a half bald head cut

"You should call yourself Mark Kahlberg!" From extreme weight gain or starvation diets to physical disfigurement - many Hollywood stars will do (almost) anything for their roles. Mark Wahlberg also had to make sacrifices for his new role as a pilot in the action thriller "Flight Risk". 

More specifically, the actor shared with his fans on Instagram how he sacrificed part of his thick head of hair. 

"I'm already a little worried"
The 53-year-old had himself filmed in the barber's chair while a hairstylist gave him a semi-smooth cut with a razor. At first, he just sits there stoically until the first part of his thick head of hair falls off. He says to the camera: "I'm a bit worried, but it will grow back."

At the end of the video clip, the work is done and Wahlberg only has a wreath of hair left. He wrote: "Check out my movie 'Flight Risk'. I'm not wearing an ARTIFICIAL GLATZE, it's all real!"

Fans praise Wahlberg for his courage
Many of his fans praised the former "Marky Mark" for his full body: "It even looks good on you!" And "Nothing can disfigure a beautiful man!"
