Moped driver on the road for 38 years without a license

Two blood alcohol levels and the resulting unsafe driving style led to an Innviertel man being caught. The man from Kopfing had been driving his moped without a license for 38 years and had never been checked.

According to his own statements, the 59-year-old had been riding his moped without a license since 1986. But because he was driving so conspicuously through his home town on Monday evening, the police pulled him over.

Two per mille
The 59-year-old now has several problems at once: he had two per mille in his blood during the traffic check - and no driver's license. The moped was stopped immediately and several charges were filed with the district authority.
