George Russell recharges his batteries in Austria’s mountains

Before the Formula 1 circus heads across the pond to Texas, George Russell quickly recharged his batteries. And he did so in the autumnal landscapes in the middle of the Austrian mountains.

"Weekend getaway", the Mercedes driver captioned a series of pictures on Instagram showing him and his lady love Carmen Mundt walking or drinking coffee in Kitzbühel's old town. 

Beautiful memories
It is obvious that Russell feels at home in Austria, as he celebrated his first win of the season in Spielberg at the end of June.

The 26-year-old Briton will have the chance to take his second next Sunday at the Circuit of The Americas in Austin, Texas.
