"Everything is different here," claims Stefan Pühringer. The man who used to work in marketing and product development at Pizza-Mann, Schnitzelhaus and Burgerista has opened Austria's first Bosna restaurant in Altenfelden (Upper Austria). From the traditional to the classic, there are seven different varieties.

Seven different Bosna, from the Mexican version with jalapeños and caramelized onions to the classic with ketchup and curry. The "Bosna Plus" in Altenfelden offers both the traditional and the new - the main thing is rolls and sausages. The veggie version with tomatoes and mozzarella, however, does without the main ingredient.
