“Krone” brings Iron Maiden to the Ernst Happel Stadium

A day of joy for all heavy metal fans: the British cult heavy metal band Iron Maiden is celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2025 with the extensive "Run For Your Lives" tour. The "Krone" is bringing Bruce Dickinson and co. to Vienna's Ernst Happel Stadium in the summer.

Iron Maiden last thrilled tens of thousands of fans in the Wiener Neustadt stadium in 2022. In 2025, Bruce Dickinson and co. will do the honors at Vienna's Ernst Happel Stadium. The iconic Brits will be coming to us for a "Krone" concert on 17 July 2025 and will of course perform a colorful cross-section of their outstanding career.

Anniversary tour
The sextet will also be celebrating their 50th anniversary in 2025. It all began when bassist Steve Harris once had enough of his previous band and launched a new project at Christmas 1975, which would soon go on to write music history under the Iron Maiden banner.

With songs such as "The Trooper", "Run To The Hills", "Aces High" and "Fear Of The Dark", the Londoners catapulted themselves to become the biggest band of their genre and influenced almost everything that turns its electric guitars up to the max today. As part of their "Run For Your Lives" tour, you can look forward to a very special hit show in summer 2025.
