Alcoholic (60) crashes with his e-scooter

A joyride on his e-scooter ended in an accident hospital for a 60-year-old man in the city of Salzburg on Saturday afternoon. He had previously crashed on a wet road.

The 60-year-old crashed himself on the wet road on a footpath and cycle path in Gneiserstraße. A breathalyzer test carried out by the police revealed a blood alcohol level of 1.54 per mille.

The man was prohibited from continuing his journey and will be reported to the police. The ambulance finally took him to the UKH.
