Three years in Pinzgau

Zell will have to do without top scorer next season

After a total of three seasons with the Zell Eisbären, a top player is leaving Pinzgau. In 126 games in blue and yellow, he scored 188 points.

Tomi Wilenius first pitched his tent in Zell in the 2019/20 season. The Finn then spent two years in the German Oberliga (3rd division) with the Hannover Scorpions and Herner EV. 

He returned to the mountain town in 2022 and quickly developed into an important pillar and the Eisbären's top scorer - especially last season (62 points in 44 games).

The blue-and-yellows will have to do without the 31-year-old in the coming season, as he is pulling up stakes again. In a total of 126 games for the Pinzgauers, he scored 188 points (77 goals, 111 assists).
