New leadership sought for Tourismus Stadt Salzburg

Christine Schönhuber, Managing Director of Tourismus Stadt Salzburg, announced her resignation at the end of the year. The search for a successor has already begun.

At a general meeting of Stadt Salzburg Tourismus GesmbH (TSG) on Monday, April 29, 2024, Managing Director Christine Schönhuber announced her resignation, which will take effect at the end of the year. This is for personal reasons, as she explained.

Christine Schönhuber took over the position of Managing Director of TSG on October 1, 2022 from Bert Brugger, who had previously headed up tourism marketing for the city of Salzburg for 22 years. The TSG includes the Salzburg Congress, the Paracelsusbad and the Kurhaus. The search for a new management was initiated immediately and is to be concluded as soon as possible.
