Mini royals too lazy:
Prince William mucks out the guinea pig hutch
Prince William was given a guinea pig to cuddle during a visit to a youth farm for children with mental health problems and revealed that his minis also have a guinea pig, but always forget to muck out its hutch.
In a video shared on Twitter by journalist Victoria Ward of the Telegraph, Prince William revealed his excitement at meeting a guinea pig called Snowflake. He revealed that his children also have one, but are too lazy to clean out the cage.
"The kids always forget!"
"Prince William said he was so happy to stroke 'Snowflake', the guinea pig at Woodgate Valley Urban Farm near Birmingham, that he didn't want to leave. He revealed that his children always forget to muck out their own guinea pig and leave him to it," said Ward.
The heir to the British throne has three children, Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis, 6.
Professional
In the short clip, Prince William expertly gushes that he can see how well the guinea pigs are doing on this farm: "These guinea pigs are loved, they look very relaxed"
When guinea pig "Snowflake" was placed in his arms, he greeted it warmly with the words: "Hello, hi!"
William and his wife Kate have always had a great love of animals. Their pets in the past have included dogs Lupo and Orla, chickens they acquired during the pandemic and a hamster called Marvin, who Kate told us in 2016 that daughter Charlotte loves him very much because his whiskers tickle her.
