Feller regrets “every single bottle of rum”

Winning the slalom crystal globe, getting engaged to the lady of his heart on a dream vacation - Manuel Feller has really had a lot to celebrate in recent weeks. Back in his Tyrolean homeland, he "regrets every single bottle of rum", as he writes on Instagram.

The Austrian ski racer posted a selfie there showing him on the ergometer with a pained look on his face. "I regret every single bottle of rum I've drunk in the last few weeks," he writes. He recharged his batteries for the new season in sunny Jamaica - and apparently really let it rip there too.

"The cool thing about you is that you don't forget to party and you're still back on point," commented a fan under his fresh Instagram post.

Just a few days ago, Feller announced that he had got engaged to his long-term girlfriend.

But now the 31-year-old will probably start training regularly again in order to defend his slalom crown in the coming season.
