Car driver crashed into fence posts and electricity pylon
The journey of a driver who lost control of his vehicle near Langenegg on Thursday afternoon ended in Bregenz regional hospital. He rumbled across a meadow, hit traffic posts, fence posts and crashed into an electricity pylon.
The driver who caused the accident set off from the Langenegg dairy in the direction of Krumbach at around 4.15 pm. At the tennis court in Langenegg, he overtook a vehicle in front of him. In the uphill left-hand bend on the L6, he then probably lost control of his car.
Wild ride
He skidded over the right-hand edge of the road into a meadow, also hitting several traffic posts and fence posts. Before the wild ride ended at an electricity pole, the driver hit an electricity box, which was also damaged.
The man was taken to Bregenz Regional Hospital by the ambulance service with undetermined injuries.
