Gigler improves his own record in Graz

Heiko Gigler improved his national record in the 100m crawl on Thursday at the ATUS Trophy in Graz as the starting swimmer in the 4x100m crawl relay. With a time of 48.36 seconds, Gigler remained 0.07 seconds under his previous best mark.

The relay team of Alexander Trampitsch, Leon Opatril and Felix Auböck clocked 3:18.38 minutes, which was also an Austrian record.

Two junior records by Edl
Simon Bucher once again beat the Olympic standard (51.67) for Paris in the 100 m dolphin at the Auster in Graz with a time of 51.53. OSV young talent Lukas Edl set two junior records as the starting swimmer in the 4x100 m crawl (49.79) and also with the 4x100 m relay (3:24.00).
