Mother pushed to the ground and choked during argument

A 33-year-old man from Klagenfurt pushed his 63-year-old mother, who lives in the same household, to the ground and choked her during an argument on Monday afternoon. 

The woman was slightly injured in the attack. The police had to be alerted - the man was banned from entering and approaching the house and a temporary weapons ban was issued.

He will be reported to the public prosecutor's office in Klagenfurt on suspicion of assault.
