Sour is fun: 40 years of Gölles at Steirereck
40 years of sourness and, as we all know, that's fun. Which is why Alois and Herta Gölles celebrated the 40th anniversary of their famous - and of course delicious - apple balsamic vinegar in high spirits at Vienna's Steirereck with numerous celebrities.
Balsam for the soul: on the occasion of the milestone anniversary, the more than 65 guests in attendance enjoyed the pure elegance of Gölles' taste.

Among the guests of honor were prominent personalities such as Proschat Madani, Stefano Bernadin, Harald Sicheritz, Josef Zotter, Martina Hohenlohe and Florian Scheuba as well as important companions and top chefs.
It fills me with pride and gratitude to see how our passion for the highest quality and artisanal excellence resonates and brings people together.

Culinary highlights from Birgit and Heinz Reitbauer
The Gölles masterclass with exclusive tasting ranged all the way to the 40-year-old reserves and the subsequent culinary highlights from hosts Birgit and Heinz Reitbauer. They presented the vinegar from Gölles perfectly.
Anniversary edition
To mark the milestone anniversary of Gölles' apple balsamic vinegar, the manufactory is now setting a particularly creative tone with the limited special edition apple balsamic vinegar in collaboration with artist Marlene Voves. Her works of art adorn the Gölles bottle labels and, just like the fine vinegars of the Gölles family, reveal their full aroma on closer inspection.
