Helicopter flew three motorcyclists to hospital
The beautiful weather attracted motorcyclists to the roads on Sunday - unfortunately, there were also some accidents. A woman had an accident on the A 2 Südautobahn and two riders crashed into each other on the Gaberl.
Two motorcycles collided with each other on the Gaberl in the municipality of Lobmingtal at around 2.40 pm. Both drivers had to be flown to hospital by rescue helicopter.
Crashed into concrete crash barrier
There was also a crash on the A 2 in Laßnitzhöhe shortly after 1 p.m.: A 40-year-old woman crashed due to a puncture and hit the concrete crash barrier. Following drivers were able to brake early enough, called the emergency services and provided first aid.
The woman was also flown to hospital. There was a three-kilometer traffic jam.
