He allegedly didn't hesitate for long: Because a Dutchman (59) had unintentionally bumped into his girlfriend while returning home, a Romanian (34) is said to have immediately lashed out and punched the driver in the collarbone. The thug was charged with assault. 

On Tuesday at 7.45 p.m., an argument broke out between a 34-year-old Romanian from Wels and a 59-year-old Dutchman from Wels in the parking lot of a retail outlet in Wels. After the 59-year-old apparently overlooked the 22-year-old partner (Romanian from Wels) of the 34-year-old from Wels when reversing out of a parking space and hit her with his vehicle, the latter immediately got out of the vehicle to check on the woman.

Immediately reacted aggressively
According to the current state of the investigation, the 34-year-old Romanian from Wels is likely to have reacted aggressively immediately and punched the 59-year-old in the collarbone area and also threatened him dangerously. The 22-year-old partner of the attacker was taken to hospital following the collision with the car.
