Pollen season: are you affected by allergies?

Everyone is looking forward to spring. But the increased pollen count that comes with it is a downer for many. Allergies are generally a nuisance, regardless of whether you are allergic to grass, animal hair or certain foods or ingredients. 

What about you: are you also affected by allergies and if so, what are you allergic to? What symptoms bother you and what helps you to deal with your allergy?
