In a completely crazy game, Manchester United were beaten 3:4 at Chelsea FC on Thursday evening. The Red Devils also set a new negative record in the process.
What a thrilling Premier League match! Manchester United looked like certain winners shortly before the end, leading 3:2 after 99:17 minutes. But then came a historic turnaround - watch the video here:
Cole Palme sent Stamford Bridge into ecstasy with two goals in the 100th and 101st minutes. "There's nothing better than winning like that," said the match-winner happily. "It was my first hat-trick, I'm really happy about it."
"We have to learn from this"
Manchester United, on the other hand, were left hanging their heads. Never before in the history of the Premier League had a team lost while still in front after 99:17 minutes.
"We dominated the game, but we made individual mistakes that cost us the game. We have to learn from that," said United coach Erik ten Hag.
