For the new model year, Alfa Romeo has removed the previous basic engines, the two-liter turbocharged petrol engine with 200 hp and the 2.2-liter diesel with 190 hp, from the range. What remains in the range is the somewhat rough diesel, which is not particularly sporty despite a nominal 210 hp; the top-of-the-range 2.9 Quadrifoglio model with a V6 engine and 510 hp, which will only be available in a revised version in the summer, and the two-liter turbo petrol engine with 206 kW/280 hp. It offers the best compromise between dynamics and affordability: the 2.0 Turbo 16V, equipped as standard with all-wheel drive and eight-speed ZF automatic transmission, is now available for test drives at the Partsch dealership.
