Teenage graffiti vandal has been tracked down

A 14-year-old from Salzburg is accused of having committed several acts of vandalism.

On Tuesday, at around 3 pm, he was observed defacing garbage cans, electricity boxes, benches and signage with graffiti along the Saalach in Wals in the Grenzstraße area. The police were able to recover several spray cans.

In the course of the investigation, further damage to garbage cans and in the area of the train station in the Taxham district was also discovered. The amount of damage is not yet known. The youth will be charged with criminal damage to property.
