Biker caught by police at 160 km/h

Two speeders were caught by the police within minutes in the district of Lilienfeld (Lower Austria): one biker was traveling at 160 km/h - more than twice the speed limit - while the other was traveling at just under 140 km/h. Both cases had their driving licenses confiscated. The driver's license is gone in both cases!

A biker was traveling at 160 km/h instead of the permitted 70 km/h on Friday afternoon on the Freilandstraße near Rainfeld in St. Veit an der Gölsen coming from the direction of Kalte Kuchl.

Man stopped in the local area
The young speeding driver was caught by the police as part of a priority check in the district of Lilienfeld. The 24-year-old was stopped by officers in the local area. He has lost his driver's license and his motorcycle for the time being.

Just 15 minutes later, the next speeding driver: this time a biker from the district of Baden was traveling at 139 km/h. His driver's license was also confiscated on the spot.
