Viennese man (39) fell out of a window and died
A man (39) fell out of a window in Vienna's 15th district on Wednesday and died. The police were alerted and found him lifeless on the sidewalk. At the moment, the possibility of third-party negligence cannot be ruled out.
This was announced by the Vienna Provincial Police Directorate on Wednesday evening. The incident took place at 11.40 am. The police in Vienna's 15th district Rudolfsheim-Fünfhaus were alerted due to a window fall. On the scene, however, they discovered the man lying lifeless on the sidewalk. The Vienna Professional Rescue Service, which was also called to the scene, determined that the 39-year-old had died.
Autopsy ordered
The circumstances of the fall and some of the injury patterns were initially unclear on Wednesday evening. Therefore, according to the police, third-party fault cannot be ruled out. They ordered an autopsy and are currently investigating the surrounding area.
