Fernanda Brandao: Baby number 2 is on the way

Almost two years after the birth of her daughter Aurora, Fernanda Brandao is pregnant again. She is over the moon about the sweet baby news, but wants the birth of her second child to be different to that of her two-year-old daughter.

Hooray! Baby number two is on the way! Singer Fernanda Brandao revealed this to "Gala" this week.

"My husband and I really wanted our daughter to have a sibling. But we never thought it would happen so quickly!" said the 40-year-old.

Second birth to be different
The singer also spoke about the experience of giving birth to her first child in April 2022, when she had planned to give birth in sparsely populated Lapland: "I dreamed of a home birth in the countryside."

When complications arose, she made it to hospital just in time before giving birth. Brandao, who is dating Roman Weber, the son of survival legend Rüdiger Nehberg, is now planning differently.

 "I want to be in Germany in case things get dicey. We're going to Sweden again for a short time, enjoy our time together and then we'll go back." The due date is in late summer.
