Fall during camera run
ORF expert Hosp had to go under the knife again
Around two months ago, Nicole Hosp suffered a serious injury while on camera for ORF, and now the former ski racer has had to go under the knife again. But the Tyrolean is positive about the future.
"Two weeks ago I had a second operation to repair the almost completely torn cruciate ligament. The scar has healed well, the stitches are out," Hosp describes in her latest Instagram post. And she is already announcing the next step: she will soon be saying goodbye to her crutches.
The 40-year-old fell during her camera run before the giant slalom in Jasna in mid-January. The former ÖSV athlete suffered a meniscus injury.
Rehab follows after a positioning dizziness
She is now "doing really well, considering the circumstances", says the 40-year-old. "Although I still had an interim low with positional vertigo last week". Hosp is optimistic about the future: "Now I'm going into rehab training with positive motivation."
