Rangnick: Arnautovic injury “tragic”

ÖFB star Marko Arnautovic has suffered a muscle strain in his right thigh. This was announced by his club Inter Milan on Monday. Team boss Ralf Rangnick gave an estimate at the squad announcement for the first training session of the year. "He will certainly be out for three to four weeks," said the German, who described the goalkeeper's injury as "almost a bit tragic".

"That was one of the best defensive plays I can remember from Marko. That was sensational defending at the back, a straight A. It's a shame that he got injured at that moment of all times. Now we have to see if we can get him fit for the EURO."

Arnautovic suffered the injury in Inter's 1-0 win at Bologna on Saturday and will undergo further tests in the coming days. 

Out for CL second leg
According to "Gazzetta dello Sport", the 34-year-old Viennese will miss Wednesday's Champions League round of 16 second leg against Atletico Madrid. The Nerazzurri had won the CL first leg against the Madrilenians 1:0 thanks to an Arnautovic goal.
