Two injured
16-year-old learner driver causes accident
Fire department operation Sunday afternoon on the B 115 near St. Peter-Freienstein after an accident between two cars: two people suffered injuries, a learner driver probably overlooked a car.
At around 2.20 p.m., a 16-year-old was driving a car on Hessenbergstraße. The L17 learner driver turned onto the B 115 in the direction of Traboch. "At this time, a 61-year-old man and his 64-year-old passenger, both from the district of Liezen, were driving from Traboch in the direction of Edling. The 16-year-old from the district of Leoben probably overlooked the approaching car," reported the police on Sunday. There was a collision.
Two injured
The 64-year-old had to be rescued from the vehicle by the fire department and his passenger also suffered injuries. The 16-year-old and his companion were uninjured.
