Political polarization: What to do about division?

It seems as if the political landscape in Austria has been in disarray for some time. At the latest since corona, social division has become increasingly present. The various parties have hardly any kind words for each other.

Instead of working together on the problems affecting our country, public disputes are only driving the wedge deeper. In times like these, however, it is all the more important to stand united, promote dialog and work together to find solutions. 

How can we find our way back to constructive cooperation? What ideas do you have for this? Are there any specific strategies that you can think of to develop empathy for other points of view?
