Dispute over broken electric car: this is how the court ruled

The electric car of a family from Innviertel has kept the courts busy in recent weeks. The car broke down after just two years, and the Citroën was then literally torn apart by an expert. The court has now decided whether the dealer must now refund the purchase price or whether the family will have to pay the costs - and read more with Krone+.

The Feichtenschlager family had more stamina than the battery of the e-car they bought two years ago. The family from St. Johann am Walde in the Innviertel region had bought a Citroën Spacetourer for more than 50,000 euros. But their joy was short-lived. The battery quickly developed problems.
