An accident in the Mühlviertel region reads like a case for the "cheerful district court". The people involved are not likely to have a particularly cordial relationship with each other, which led to bizarre excesses and ultimately even occupied the court.

"A bad neighbor is worse than a stomach ache," says a proverb from Lombardy. In a Mühlviertel community, there was probably a lot of rumbling in this respect. It happened like this: In August of the previous year, an old farmer was pulling construction site grids on a farm track to his son's farm. In the process, he damaged four concrete pillars near his neighbor's fence. Instead of stopping, the farmer continued his journey, but did not go unobserved.
