On Thursday morning, there was a crash on Faschinastrasse that left one person injured. A panel van had crossed into the oncoming lane. 

A traffic accident occurred on the Faschinastrasse L193 at the level of the Rüfitobelbrücke bridge at around 9.30 a.m. on Thursday morning: The 49-year-old driver of a panel van - he was traveling in the direction of Thüringerberg - suddenly left his lane for unknown reasons and drove into the oncoming lane, where a car promptly came towards him.

A collision could no longer be avoided, the driver of the car suffered injuries of indeterminate severity in the crash and had to be treated in hospital.
