Billa recall: broken glass discovered in cans!

Dog owners beware! Anyone who has recently bought ZooRoyal brand canned food for their pet at Billa should read on now. 

Because glass shards have been found in the cans of some samples, which is why Billa is recalling the following products immediately: 

• Zooroyal fine chicken fillet with Angus beef, sweet potato and cranberry with the best-before date 24.05.2026 and with the best-before date 17.07.2026.

Fortunately, there have been no injuries or illnesses in pets so far, as the food retailer emphasizes. However, as there may be a potential risk, we strongly advise against feeding and using this product.

Anyone who has already purchased this food for their dog can return the cans without a receipt.
