Top model Kate Moss has split up

British top model Kate Moss (50) has split up with photographer Nikolai von Bismarck. After nine years of dating, the two are now said to be going their separate ways.

According to media reports, the model and the great-great-grandson of former German Chancellor Otto von Bismarck had been in an on-off relationship for some time, which led to an inevitable end. "She realized that the two were on different journeys in their lives," an insider told The Sun newspaper. The ex-partner, who is 13 years younger, is said to have had "different hobbies and desires".

Above all, their ideas about their private lives could hardly have been more different. The photographer is said to want a "quieter life".

Moved out of the house they shared
Moss has already moved out of the house they shared in London, the British tabloid reported. As she and Bismarck (37) had a mutual circle of friends, they wanted to remain "amicably connected". There should be neither tension nor hostility in the future.

Kate Moss previously had relationships with actor Johnny Depp and musician Pete Doherty, among others. She has a daughter, Lila Grace (22), with publisher Jefferson Hack (53).
