Container in freight yard threatened to fall

Alarm at the freight station in Wolfurt in Vorarlberg. A container had been loaded incorrectly and caused a dicey situation on Tuesday. 

An extremely tricky situation arose at Wolfurt goods station on Tuesday. A container that had been lifted by a crane suddenly tilted and threatened to fall directly over the tracks. 

The cause of the tilt was the load in the container, which had slipped. As it turned out, beverage bottles had been improperly loaded. For safety reasons, all operations in the terminal came to a standstill. The freight yard's specialists and the fire department then brought the container safely back to the ground. After two hours, terminal operations were fully up and running again.
