The crew of a police patrol car clearly had the right nose: on Thursday morning, law enforcement officers in Tyrol noticed the conspicuous driving style of a small truck. The driver, a 35-year-old Hungarian, was driving without a license, the vehicle's registration had long since expired and the man was also on his cell phone.

With a bit of bad luck, a serious accident could have happened! At around 11.45 a.m., the Hungarian was driving a small truck and trailer in the municipality of Grins (Landeck district) in a skid row. The conspicuous driving style did not go unnoticed by a police patrol. The vehicle was stopped and subjected to a driver and vehicle check.

No further driving allowed
"It turned out that the driver was not in possession of a driving license, the temporary registration of the small truck had expired and the driver had also been using a cell phone while driving," said the police. The 35-year-old was prohibited from continuing his journey and appropriate security deposits were collected. A report will follow!
