Unrest at Austria?

Coach Schaider: “My team is intact”

Austria Salzburg coach Christian Schaider does not want to know about any unrest within his team. Nevertheless, the Bavarian is self-critical ahead of the game at Schwaz. 

There are still two games to go in the Regionalliga West before the clubs take a well-earned break. Before that, however, the Salzburg clubs want to pick up some points so that they can go into the winter with a satisfied feeling. This is especially true for Austria, who are currently going through a difficult phase.

"We are self-critical enough to know that our performances have not been ideal recently," said coach Christian Schaider. In the meantime, the gap to leaders Imst has already grown to four points. Promotion, the Violets' major goal this season, is in jeopardy. 

However, the Bavarian does not want to hear about any disagreements between himself and the team: "There are always dissatisfied players in soccer, but my team is intact and has a good relationship with the coaching team." 

Today (14) Violett has to play in Schwaz. Schaider: "A very important game. We want to be more dominant again." To keep up with their only rivals for promotion.
