Mold after flooding in St. Pölten’s NV-Arena

After the flood three weeks ago, mold has spread in the SKN St. Pölten soccer stadium. Important interior areas are affected, the pitch and the stands are in good condition. Austria's women's serial champion is now partly looking for a new home. 

According to a club spokesperson, the Bundesliga matches will continue to take place in the NV-Arena, but the Champions League will have to be played in Vienna. According to the club, final clarifications are being made with UEFA.

The SKN basketball team will also have to relocate until at least December due to flood damage. The Superliga club has chosen a sports hall in Herzogenburg as an alternative venue.
