42 million euros! Atletico sign Chelsea player

After a long back and forth, the deal is now perfect: Atletico Madrid have secured the services of Conor Gallagher. Chelsea FC will receive 42 million euros for the midfielder.

The 24-year-old has signed a five-year contract in the Spanish capital. 

Probably Atletico Madrid's last transfer target this summer. The only team to defy Real and Barca's title challenge with two wins in the last 20 years has already brought in defender Robin Le Normand and strikers Julian Alvarez and Alexander Sörloth.
