Strangers beat victim to hospital for no reason

Sometimes you can only shake your head: Previously unknown perpetrators punched three young night owls in the face in Linz, apparently for no reason. Two of the victims - aged 19 and 22 - even had to be taken to hospital as a result.

The violent incident is believed to have happened during a student party in Linz on Thursday night. Between two and three o'clock in the morning, unknown persons punched their victims in the face - for no reason, according to the police.

Three injured
All three victims - aged 19 and 22 - suffered injuries. Two of them had to be taken to Kepler University Hospital. It has not yet been possible to establish why the unknown perpetrators attacked them.
