Real kicker fears for Champions League final

Real Madrid will be without Aurélien Tchouaméni for the season finale and possibly also for France at the European Championships.

The French midfielder, who had to be substituted after an hour in the 2:1 home win against Bayern Munich, is out with a fatigue fracture in his left foot, the Spanish soccer club announced on Thursday. He had broken this foot in the fall.

Tchouaméni is expected to be out for three to four weeks, which puts his participation in the Champions League final against Borussia Dortmund on June 1 in serious jeopardy. His participation in the European Championship also seems questionable. France will face Austria, among others, in the group stage of the tournament in Germany from mid-June.
